SAP Learning Center: Privacy

The SAP Learning Center is an internal training tool for Stuffed Animal Pros and Budsies staff. Only people with a @stuffedanimalpros.com or @budsies.com Google account can sign in.

What we collect

• From Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile photo. We don't access your Gmail, Drive or anything else.
• Your course activity: lessons completed, videos watched, quiz answers and scores.
• Questions you ask the “Ask SAP” assistant and the answers it gives.

How it's used

• To run your onboarding course and show your progress to SAP admins.
• Questions to Ask SAP are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate an answer. SAP admins review answers to keep them accurate. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
• We don't sell or share your information with anyone else, and we don't use it for advertising.

Storage and deletion

Data is stored with our hosting providers (Vercel and Neon) in the United States. To have your data removed, email scott@budsies.com.
